Refund policy

At WearCult, every item is printed and unique just for you. Because our products are made-to-order, we do not maintain a warehouse of pre-printed stock. Therefore, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or with a printing error, we’ve got you covered.
- Timeline: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Process: Email contact@wearcult.net with your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
- Resolution: We will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Size Exchanges & "Change of Mind"
Because each product is printed only when you order it, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- Choosing the wrong size.
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Selecting the wrong color/variant.
Pro Tip: Please consult the Size Chart located on each product page before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
3. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
- Address Errors: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing partner’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
- Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the fulfillment center and may be donated to charity after 30 days. No refunds are issued for unclaimed orders.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved (due to damage or defect):
- Credit: The refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
- Timeline: Most banks process refunds within 5 to 10 business days.
5. How to Start a Claim
To start a claim for a damaged or defective item:
- Subject Line: "Return Claim - Order #[Your Order Number]"
- Description: Briefly explain what is wrong with the item.
- Photo: Attach 1–2 high-quality photos of the defect or damage.
